What We Cannot Help With
As an independent quote comparison platform, we are not involved in the transport itself. For issues related to an active shipment, vehicle pickup or delivery, or payment disputes, please contact your transport partner directly.
You can verify any transport partner's FMCSA registration at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Opt-Out Requests
To stop receiving calls or texts from transport partners:
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts from that sender
- Ask the partner directly to remove you from their contact list
- Email us at support@directautohaul.com and we will forward your opt-out request to relevant partners
